We earlier covered a Cajun Chicken Pasta but we haven’t forgotten our vegetarian friends. So we today we decided to go with a vegan pasta and we’re sure you’d find it bowl licking good.

Here is a list of all the ingredients you need.

Ingredients:

Chopped red bell pepper 1
Cooked rotini pasta 4 cups
Red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons
Chopped green bell pepper 1
Olive oil 1/3 Cup
Broccoli florets (lightly steamed ) 1 ½ Cups
Ried basil 1 Teaspoon
Minced cloves garlic 2
Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
Carrots 2
Salt and pepper To taste

Once you have all the ingredients ready

Directions:

  • First, we need a bowl and add in some vinegar, oregano, salt, oil, pepper, and basil into it.
  • Mix them together as well as possible.
  • Now bring a large pot.
  • Place salted water in it and start the boil.
  • Add rotini and bring to a boil again.
  • Don’t stop cooking until the pasta is cooked.
  • Now drain it well.
  • Return the rotini to the pot.
  • While rotini is cooking heat oil in a frying pan and sauté red bell pepper, garlic, carrots and green bell pepper.
  • Need to cook until vegetables become softened.
  • Place the broccoli in frying pan and cook for 2 to 5 minutes.
  • In this time we need to add some pasta with cooked vegetables.
  • Pour the vinaigrette over the pasta and vegetables.
  • Now toss to distribute vegetables and vinaigrette evenly.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Here’s what you’ll need to get started.

Ingredients:

Sliced fresh mushrooms 4
heavy cream 1 ½ Cups
Boneless and skinless chicken breast 2
Salt ¼ Teaspoon
linguine pasta 4 Ounces
Grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoons
Cajun seasoning 2 Teaspoons
Garlic powder 1/8 Teaspoon
Butter 2 Tablespoons
Lemon pepper ¼ Teaspoon
Minced green onion 1
Ground black pepper 1/8 Teaspoon
Chopped red bell pepper ½
Dried basil ¼ Teaspoon
Chopped green bell pepper 1

Directions:

  • To prepare Cajun Chicken Pasta you need a large pot.
  • Heat up some salted water.
  • Add linguini pasta in that salted water.
  • Now cook it for 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime take a bowl and place the chicken in it.
  • For this step, you’ll need a large skillet.
  • It needs to be over medium heat.
  • Don’t stop heating until saute chicken in butter turn pink and juices run clear.
  • It should take about 7 to 10 minutes for this.
  • Add red bell peppers, green bell peppers, green onions and sliced mushrooms.
  • Need to cook for 3 or 5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat then stir in cream.
  • Season the sauce with lemon pepper, basil, salt, ground black pepper and garlic powder.
  • Need to heat it.
  • Take another large bowl.
  • Toss linguini with sauce. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Sesame Beef

Sesame Beef is one of my favorite Chinese recipes. My family, our customers, everybody seems to love it and now you can cook it in your homes as well.

The Sesame Beef recipe is one I learned during my stay Dhaka. There I had these Chinese neighbors and quite often I would get a good smell from his kitchen.

So one day I gathered up the courage and decided to finally ask him what’s been cooking in the kitchen that smells so delicious and that my friends is how I came to know about the Sesame Beef.

Over the years I have made my own small changes to the recipe and I’m sure you’ll love it. Here’s what you need.

Ingredients:
 

Vegetable oil 4 Table Spoons
White sugar 4 Table Spoons
Sesame seeds 2 Table Spoons
Round steak 1 Pound
Green onions, chopped 2
Soy sauce 4 Table Spoons
Cloves garlic, minced 2

 Directions:

1. Take a large bowl
2. Sugar, oil, Soy sauce, garlic and onions and place in that bowl.
3. Mix those all and set aside
4. Cut steak into strips and add to bowl.
5. Cover and refrigerate overnight or at least 30 minutes.
6. Cook in wok or frying pan until brown, about 5 to 6 minutes.
7. Add sesame seeds and cook for additional 2 minutes.

Barbecued Beef

Need the perfect recipe for a cold winter day? Nothing beats the chill like the smoky smell and heat of the barbecue. So time to get out your smokers and grillers coz we’ve got just the recipe you need.

The Barbecued Beef is easy to prep but requires considerable cooking time to the perfect flavors so we’d suggest you get started early. Depending on your grill, the cooking time may vary from 5-6 hours.  Here’s everything you need to know to get started,

Ingredients:

Worcestershire sauce 2 Table Spoons
Liquid smoke flavoring 1 Tea Spoon
Red wine vinegar ¼ Cup
Boneless chuck roast 1 (4 Pound)
Ketchup 1 ½ Cups
Ground black pepper ¼ Tea Spoon
Prepared Dijon-style mustard 2 Table Spoons
Packed brown sugar ¼ Cup
Garlic powder ¼ Tea Spoon
Salt ½ Tea Spoon

Directions:

1. First, take a large bowl.
2. Place brown sugar, ketchup, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, Dijon-style mustard and liquid smoke and mixed it.
3. Stir in salt, garlic powder, and pepper.
4. Place chuck roast in a slow cooker.
5. Pour ketchup mixture over chuck roast.
6. Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
7. Remove chuck roast from slow cooker.
8. Now shred with a form and return to the slow cooker.
9. Now stir meat to evenly coat with sauce.
10. Continue cooking approximately 1 Hour.
